Amanda Ramos has always had one goal: to make the world a little sweeter. She began baking in high school, experimenting with cakes and desserts at every opportunity. It was at her own birthday party—where she crafted all the treats herself—that Amanda saw firsthand the joy a beautiful dessert could bring. That moment sparked a lifelong passion: creating confections that don’t just taste amazing but bring happiness to every celebration.

After earning a degree in Business Administration from Middle Georgia State University, Amanda moved to West Palm Beach, FL, to pursue her dream of becoming a professional pastry chef. She enrolled in the International Baking and Patisserie program at The Florida Culinary Institute and graduated top of her class. From there, she was recruited by the iconic Breakers resort in Palm Beach, where she rose from Pastry Cook 1 to Chef Brigade.

Years later, Amanda and her husband Chris—her high school sweetheart—returned to Kingsland, GA, to be closer to family. There, she joined the charming Nana Teresa’s Bake Shop in Fernandina Beach, FL, as Executive Pastry Chef. Her creativity flourished as she explored new techniques and created stunning edible art.

Today, Amanda is proud to own and operate Super Sweet Bake Shop, a full-service commercial bakery and coffee shop located in Kingsland, GA. What began as a small home-based bakery has blossomed into a vibrant commercial storefront and coffee shop, where guests can enjoy handcrafted desserts, custom cakes, expertly brewed coffee, and a welcoming space to relax and connect.
