• Payments
    Payments are accepted through our online store or via invoice, and we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

    We do not accept cash or checks.

  • Payments – Custom Orders
    In order to secure custom orders, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required upfront. This retainer serves as compensation for the time and effort allocated to the project and ensures that all necessary materials are procured. It also serves as a reservation for the client’s spot and confirms our availability, preventing other customers from booking the same spot. As a result, 50% of the total cost of the custom work is non-refundable, which serves to cover any potential losses incurred during the time reserved for the project.

  • Creative Freedom Policy
    As the customer, you may suggest themes, color palettes/tones, and other general decorations; however – sometimes, those envisioned designs don’t translate well to the final product, and adjustments in color, decoration position and fonts will need to be changed.

    Please keep in mind that each cake is hand-crafted, so every cake will be unique! Whether you provided inspirational photos or discussed a design with us, no two cakes will look exactly alike.

    When you place an order with Super Sweet Bake Shop, you automatically grant us creative freedom.

  • Product Photography
    Say Cheese! I photograph all my pretty sweet lookin’ treats to share on my social media platforms. If, for some reason, you do not want your items in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Your secrets are safe with me!

    Super Sweet Bake Shop reserves the right to use all photographs of products sold for advertising purposes.

  • Got Allergies?
    My baked goods are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to all of the Georgia food safety regulations; however, I am a certified food handler, and I take cleanliness and food safety very seriously! Please make me aware of any allergens at the time of your order! All bakery items contain flour, dairy, and eggs and are prepared in my at-home kitchen, where they could potentially come in contact with other known allergens.

    You assume the responsibility to notify your event guests of any allergens that may be present in your purchased baked goods.
    Super Sweet Bake Shop and employees are not liable for any allergic reactions.

  • No Show = No Desserts.
    Reach out if you are running late or need to change your pick-up/delivery time. If your pick-up/delivery time has passed by 30 minutes, I will reach out once. I will reach out a second time at the end of the day of pick-up/delivery. I will reach out a third and final time 24 hours after your passed pick-up/delivery time. Failure to respond or reach out to us after 48 hours from your original scheduled pick-up/delivery time results in your order being forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.

    Someone must be present upon delivery – our drivers are not allowed to leave products outside, and drivers are only allowed to wait for 10 minutes to ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner. If no delivery is made, your order will be returned to our kitchen and kept fresh until you can reschedule your delivery. A delivery fee may be applied for a second attempt. Failure to respond or reach out to us after 48 hours from your original scheduled delivery time results in your order being forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.

  • Change Cutoff
    Decisions are tough; I get it! Order changes can be made until one week (7 days) before your scheduled pick-up/delivery. After that, all change requests will be under consideration, and a fee may be applied.

  • Price Adjustments
    All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Copycats
    Copyrighted images are protected, and I won’t be able to replicate them as baked goods. I can, however, create a design in a similar color palette with my artistic twist – so let’s talk!

  • Order Minimums
    I require a minimum quantity for cupcakes, cookies, and other treats list on our menu. Need fewer? Stay tuned to my Facebook page for same-day sales!

  • In A Hurry? Dessert Emergency?
    While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to! Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days from pick-up/delivery may require an additional rush fee.

  • It’s All Yours Now
    Once you receive your order (thanks again!), what happens to your cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other treats is all on you!

  • Cake Pickup
    You acknowledge that once you have picked up your cake, Super Sweet Bake Shop cannot be held liable for any damage or failure that may occur once the cake leaves our store or during transport, handling, set up or display. Once you have the cake, it is your responsibility to transport it directly to the event venue and not leave it unattended in your vehicle or anywhere outside.

  • Whew!, It’s hot out there!
    So are your desserts! Cakes and desserts will melt when exposed to the sun or warmer than normal conditions! Please be mindful when party planning and organizing your events. For this reason, Super Sweet Bake Shop is not liable for any damages that may occur to your product once it leaves our care. No refunds or credit are given.

  • Rain Rain, Go Away!
    If pick-up/delivery is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be held for a later pick-up/delivery date. No refunds will be offered due to weather (darn rain), but I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

  • Georgia Cottage Food Laws
    Super Sweet Bake Shop is a cottage food business that is licensed and regulated by the GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Chapter 40-7-19. The following statement must be labeled on every package, “MADE IN A COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO STATE FOOD SAFETY INSPECTIONS.” Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.

  • Refunds
    At our bakery, we strive to provide top-quality products and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right. In certain circumstances, we may issue refunds or account credits, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For example, we may issue a refund or credit if the product is defective or damaged, the wrong product was delivered, or the product doesn’t meet our quality standards.

    To be eligible for a refund or credit, please provide us with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product in question. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or credits for products that have been partially or fully consumed, or for products that were not stored or handled correctly after delivery.

    Custom order retainers, these fees are non refundable at the time of purchase. Please see above for details. 

    If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll process it within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product, and it will be issued in the form of the original payment or an account credit, depending on the situation.

  • Agreement
    By placing an order with Super Sweet Bake Shop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our website and all transactions conducted with Super Sweet Bake Shop. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not place an order with us.

    Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes to these terms and conditions shall constitute your consent to such changes.
